HALF DAY OR TWILIGHT · FOR MFL DEPARTMENTS

Creating a Departmental Culture

Building an MFL team that is consistent, visible and pulling together

Why this course?

Departmental culture is what happens when nobody is watching: the consistency of routines, the tone of conversations, the profile the subject holds in school. This session is about building that deliberately rather than hoping it emerges, and about handling the difficult conversations honestly.
